The Functional Business Analyst 2- RTB will serve as a liaison among IT, business partners, product owners, architects, data analysts, quality assurance analysts, project managers, executives, and software vendors in the evaluation, design, development, and implementation of solutions. The individual must be able to adapt their messaging to the audience and bridge the communication gap between stakeholder groups. It also requires partnering with both onshore and offshore software developers in agile, scrum, or waterfall project solution design and execution.
