I am designing and creating new concepts for a corporate client's office. I know what I want to show them but it would be good if someone can help me create the floor plan in a 3D look so the client can see what each room will look like. All existing spaces are being refreshed. There is a very large space where 60 workstations will be and surrounding this space are 7 meeting rooms and a kitchen. Two meeting rooms will have the same look, another 2 will have another look, and another 2 will also have another look. The kitchen will need to be shown with its new look. Ideally I would like the person I choose to work on this to be in Melbourne and sit down together to work on it. Its not to be too elaborate, even line drawings would suffice, maybe. i have photos of all furniture and features to be used.

I need a skilled Architect that has experience in designing buildings with organic forms. My building is a mixed use building with many offices and co-working spaces. It also includes cafes, workshop rooms, studios, meeting rooms, restaurants, an auditorium etc The built up ground floor area is around 15,000 sqm. In terms of concept, site analysis, program - I can explain that when we discuss the project further. PS I need someone who's willing to communicate with me and show me work regularly so that I can explain exactly what I need before moving on. Communication is extremely important for me. By the end of the project I need to have the following: Site Plan Ground Floor First Floor 2 Sections and 4 Elevations 3D renders 3D view of the structure In JPEG/ PDF + Revit/ 3D max formats
I'm searching for someone who is familiar with architectural renderings. I need 50-100 images built over the duration of this project. So I will be looking for a price per image, not by the hour. It should be a simple project for someone familiar with rendering because I will build each building in my Revit program which will download directly to 3Ds Max. I will need you to add the landscaping, color on the building and render the image. I've posted a few images so you can see the simplicity of the images. I'm looking for very realistic looking images that are pleasing to the eye as they will be posted on my website. Please do not contact me unless you are very familiar with renderings. Thank you
We have the finished floor plan amd remders of the external and internal of the house. Cad files for the site and floor plan will be delivered with detailed render images. We need to create anfly through of the interior which includes the entire 4 bedroom house, 3 bathrooms and a rooftop. The design work is on a tight schedule so this is a way for us to show the builder what we want to build.
Part 1: Project Integration Management After living in their house for 30 years, the Fulcher family decided to renovate the upstairs bathroom. It was still functional, but there were cracks in the walls, some of the tiles had fallen off, the lights were old fashioned, and the window and screen needed replacing. The huge bathtub was great when the children were in the house, but now that only Mr. and Mrs. Fulcher were living there, it was never used and wasted a lot of space. After making the decision to renovate the bathroom, the Fulchers interviewed a few different contractors and did their due diligence regarding the professionalism and quality of the contractors. They decided to hire “Build-It-Bob, the Bathroom Boys” as their contracting company. The owner of “Build-It-Bob, the Bathroom Boys”, Mr. Bob Burton, was willing to start on July 1 and guaranteed completion by Sept 1 or they would refund 25% of the total cost of the contract, which was for $15,000. This seemed like a lot of money to the Fulchers, but they saw examples of the work Mr. Burton et al had done, and were convinced it would be worthwhile. Tasks: Prepare a project charter for the Bathroom Renovation Project. Assume the project will take 2 months to complete (use any year you wish, starting July 1st with completion due September 1st) and the total budget is $15,000. This included $8,000 in materials (flooring; drywall; paint; tiles; lights; bathtub, toilet, sink and vanity; and pipes) and $7,000 in labour costs (Bob Burton - $200/hr; Billy Burton – architect $120/hr; Bessy Burton – demolition and build $80/hour; Brenda Burton – plumber $150/hr; Bonnie Burton – electrician $150/hr; and Tina Temp – Student painter and mason (tile work) $50/hr). You are the daughter of the Fulchers, Grace, and since you are a professional project manager your parents have asked you to oversee the project to make sure everything goes as planned. Mr. Burton will work closely with you. Use the project charter template on p. 192 of Schwalbe and examples of project charters in other chapters as guidelines. Assume that the project sponsor is Mr. Fulcher. Include the main roles for other major stakeholders (Mrs. Fulcher, the members of the Build-It-Bob team, assorted vendors). Part 2: Project Scope Management Tasks: Develop a scope statement for the project. Use the example provided in Chapter 3 (p. 102-104, Table 3-9 “Scope statement (draft version)”) as a guide. Be as specific as possible in describing product characteristics, requirements, and deliverables. Using MS Project, develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project, organized by the 5 process groups. Break down the work to level 2 or level 3, as appropriate. Use the samples in Chapters 3 and 5 as guides. Be sure to base your WBS on the project charter, scope statement, and other relevant information. For the WBS, use the outline numbering feature to display the outline numbers (click View, Gantt Chart Tools, Format, and click on the Outline Number box). Do not enter any durations or dependencies at this stage. Part 3: Project Time Management One of your duties as project manager is to lead the Burton team in developing and following a schedule. You have only 2 months to complete the project and all of the resources are full-time employees who have other contracts to work on at the same time. In addition to preparing a Gantt chart, you also plan to give everyone a simple milestone report. You make sure you black out weeks when people are working on the other projects. Mr. Burton wants all the requirements settled by July 5, and the design completed by July 10 so he can begin getting building permits. He would like to have all the samples available by July 15 so the Fulchers can finalize their choices by July 20th. Between July 1 and July 20, tearing down the existing bathroom will occur.
Looking for someone to prepare a very clean and crisp 3d rendering of a property. Attached are the full set of plans, which includes a sketch of the elevation and where the house will sit relative to the whole property. The rendered image needs to be from a somewhat elevated angle so that the viewer can see a bit of the property relative to the size of the block of land. The plan has marked on it the types of materials and colours. I can provide more detail on this and pull out specifically what the terms in the plan mean to help you master the detail. Also, I would like someone to prepare a simple floor plan (doesn't need to be 3d) with the dimensions of the rooms and overall dimensions. Just a less busy version of the plan attached basically. The idea is for us to post this floor plan on a property sale website. Successful applicant will need to show examples of similar residential property rendering (not big buildings, needs to be a single or double storey house).
