Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Attending meetings - Talking on the phone with clients - Preparing proposals - Sending quotations to clients - Managing and handling emails Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening are required. You need to have proficiency in administrative tasks, a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask effectively. Preferred communication will be through emails, phone calls, and video conferencing. Prior experience as a virtual assistant is a plus.
