Ideal candidates should have the following skills and experience: - Proficiency in Oracle database administration for versions 11 through 19 - Must be proficient from the Linux command line - there is *no* OEM for these databases - Will respond to emails & alerts for end-clients - Will Investigate any reported problems during that shift - Must be completely fluent in English It is possible there will be nothing to do during the shifts, but if something comes up, rapid response is required. There may also be a need for weekend coverage, and possible future work.
