Retrieves a job feed from the specified URL. Filters the job listings based on the client's location (city and region) and excludes certain isp's from been redirected( google/i, amazon/i, Cloudfare/i...) Randomly selects a job listing from the filtered jobs and redirects the user to the selected job listing URL.
