    I'd like a small C++ form provided which displays a list of cam devices detected (I can provide the C++ code for getting the list of cam devices). Attached shows what app must present. 1 or 2 cams are typically detected, notice radio button to right and notice the OK and Exit buttons. My budget to have this cpp app provided is $30 max.
