This would include the kitchen, bathroom, and a washer/dryer stack. - The design should emphasize energy efficiency, making the best use of natural light and ventilation. - Note: No loft or separate bedroom is required, the design should be entirely on one floor. Ideal bidders for this project will have experience in tiny house design, with a particular focus on energy-efficient methods. Familiarity with veterans' housing needs or housing accessibility is a plus, but not required.
