I'm looking for a dedicated full-time customer service professional to handle various customer-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, and text - Resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally - Customer Account Set Up - Website Set Up & CRM - Providing detailed product information and support Ideal candidates for this position should have strong communication skills, good computer skills, great English/Spanish speaker/writer, be customer-oriented, and be capable of handling high volumes of customer inquiries. Experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous. Please note that this is a full-time position, and your availability to handle customer queries during business hours is essential. Base Salary of $750/mo + Estimated Monthly Commission of $1,500/mo to $2,500/mo
