As a business consultant specializing in leadership and teambuilding, I am currently seeking assistance in several projects that require HR competencies. I am looking for someone who can help me with the following: Leadership Guide - I am looking for assistance in writing a comprehensive manual outlining the functions and responsibilities of a leader. The manual should not be too broad, but rather a list of ~20 key actions that each leader should undertake. I have a structure in mind, as well as some examples of how it could look. I need someone to help me create an easy-to-use and motivating manual that each leader in the client's company would be willing to use in their everyday activities. 1-on-1 Conversations - I have created a game for individual conversations between a manager and an employee, consisting of ~300 questions with some structure and rules. I need assistance in finalizing the product by adding more specific question sets for middle management, simplifying the game for lineworkers, and so on. New Training Programs - Our team of consultants plans to launch several new training programs (6-12 months) for different management levels, ranging from C level to middle management. We have the frameworks for these programs, but we need someone who can put our ideas into a comprehensive program, create content, and work with our marketing specialist to promote the programs. Essentially, we need someone who can participate in our meetings, brainstorm the framework and content, and extract the essence of those conversations to create the final product.
