Phone based customer service Webhosting experience (Eastern Australian time)
$15-25 AUD / hour
Looking for someone comfortable with phone calls to assist with customer service including fulfilling quotes by listening to the clients needs, making notes and relaying information to the team members to generate a quote.
Other skills:
*Must be able to get set up to make and receive phone calls with a minimum of supervision/training
*MUST have reliable phone and Internet
*Excellent spoken English is a MUST
*Previous experience in website company welcomed
*Previous experience with website hosting admin a BIG bonus
