We are seeking a dedicated full-time freelancer who possesses excellent German language skills for our customer support team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing telephone support and managing email correspondence with our German-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities: Telephone Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls in German, ensuring high-quality communication and problem-solving skills. Email Correspondence: Efficiently manage and respond to emails in German, maintaining professionalism and clarity in communication. Requirements: Fluency in German: You must have a strong command of the German language, both spoken and written. Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Availability: This is a full-time position, so we expect a commitment to our working hours and customer support needs.
