I? need someone to write a macro in for autocad 2004 to shorten a trail of commands

the problem is this.
[url removed, login to view] drawing a series of lines i have a need to merge them to reate a polyline. the attached word document describes the steps. i wish to condense the steps into 1 command and create a button on the line toolbar.
2. i wish to have a "save in DXF" macro written to save the current file as a R12 dxf file without getting the prompt to save in autocad as well.
