As I'm in need of a skillful PHP/Laravel developer with proven proficiency in [login to view URL], Vite, and Tailwind CSS, and Github I'm seeking a professional to assist in the creation of a high-performing Payment Portal Management System with a deadline of May 14, 2024. Candidate must be competent in Github and have fluent communication skills in either English or Chinese. All user and transaction data will be generated using random data for development purposes. The existing database structure and design are mostly completed, and the current source code will be provided to facilitate seamless continuation of development. Project Details: Payment Management Portal The project entails the development of a comprehensive payment management portal with three key roles: User: Users can have multiple companies, and each company can have multiple stores. Users should have access to view all payment transactions, received payments, refunds, and settlements across their associated stores. Agent: Agents can have their own companies and stores or do not have their own store and company. They can introduce clients to the payment management portal, thereby acquiring multiple users. Agents can receive payments, process refunds, and handle settlements within their own company and store. Additionally, agents can view transactions across other users and earn a percentage benefit, such as a 2% profit from transactions made by other users. Admin: Admins oversee all transactions across the platform. They can manage users, including freezing or closing user accounts, and handle refund transactions. Admins also have the authority to update the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) for each company and payment method. Currently, the platform supports multiple payment methods, including Visa/Master, AliPay, WeChat Pay, GrabPay, and Paynow, each with its respective MDR (e.g., 1.5% for AliPay and 3% for Visa/Master). Settlement Development: Companies have varying settlement dates (e.g., T+1, T+2, T+1 month). Settlement frequency varies based on the company's designated timeline (e.g., Company A settles transactions every 3 working days, excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays). For AliPay and WeChat Pay, settlement follows China's public holiday schedule, while other payment methods adhere to Singaporean holidays. Implementation Approach: We plan to utilize two arrays stored in the database to manage public holidays. Before settlement, we'll iterate through these arrays to ensure accurate scheduling. Admins have the capability to update the public holiday list and adjust settlement durations (e.g., T+1 or T+30) for each company.
