I am very sure that i'm the suitable person to do the task as I've been doing the same job task for company that is based in New Zealand. I have been attending to email, text, chat and occasional deal that the company do once a month. I've learn a lot being customer service representative since few years ago and had try doing it as online customer service representative for more a year now. I've mostly attend customers regarding the inquiries made regarding the product, status of the order, also help in promoting other services and product that will compliment the initial order.
