I am looking for a form to be developed with logic in DocuSign or FormStack. Where an user selects a number from drop-down selection box (ie: 20,30,50) the number will spawn pages with rows of input boxes (25 rows of input boxes for data collection per page), so if you selects 20 that equals 1 page displayed. Select 30, 2 pages are displayed. Select 50, then 3 pages are displayed for user input and SUBMIT.
