The way the app has been designed from its developers works in a different way. I have an existing android app as an MDM app in Java. I need to refactor it to make it really hard to stop the app. Currently one main activity runs on the main thread and can be stopped simply by "swiping" it from the tray. Have you got experience in architecting mdm apps? Have you got experience in apps that need to remain running? This app draws over other apps to make a "block" screen, it also uses usage history and accessibility to determine which app is running. The app works well currently, but as stated, it can be killed too easily. Need to look at how to make it "sticky" so it's hard to stop it running.
