I want a well-written, easy-to-understand, well-structured and organized document. I previously attempted to have this prepared 2 times. Both have failed. The reason for this is they did know law well, but they did not know how to write. I am looking for someone who understands how to write well, with some communication know-how, beside legal know-how.
