Multilingual Full-Time Customer Service Agents Needed
€18-36 EUR / hour
As a rapidly expanding company, I'm in need of several customer service agents to answer inbound calls. These agents will join our team on a full-time basis, providing support coverage for 40 hours per week.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in either of the following languages: Prospective agents should be fluent in either Spanish, French, or Portuguese. Italian, Bulgarian, German, and Dutch will also be advantageous and favored during the selection process.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The agents will be expected to effectively and courteously handle inbound calls, providing professional and quality customer support.
- Availability: As previously mentioned, this position is full-time, requiring 40 hours of availability per week.
Ideal candidates for this position would have previous experience in a customer service role, a strong understanding of providing support over the phone, and a professional, friendly demeanor. Your adaptability and problem-solving skills, particularly in the face of language barriers, will be crucial for this role.
