We are currently seeking motivated and skilled appointment setters to join our team on a freelance basis. Responsibilities: 1 Contact provided leads who have expressed interest in mortgage protection information and verify the accuracy of the information they have previously submitted. 2 Engage potential clients in a friendly and professional manner, answering any initial questions they may have about our services. 3 Set appointments for our life insurance agents to further discuss the mortgage protection options available and provide personalized solutions based on their needs. 4 Maintain clear and accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM system. 5 Achieve weekly and monthly appointment setting targets. Requirements: 1 Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. 2 Excellent communication skills and a polite phone demeanor. 3 Familiarity with life insurance products and mortgage protection is a plus. 4 Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently. 5 Detail-oriented and capable of accurately verifying client information. 6 Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for making calls. 7 Proficiency in using CRM software or willingness to learn.
