sales force integrate with astercc commercial

We want to provide the possibility to make sales force user use asterCC commercial call center system. User will install asterCC in their office with agent phone registed, then they need features like popup, click-2-call, also they need use predictive dialer in asterCC. asterCC provides js/http/webservice API for making calls, also it can push call events to agent browser via including a js file on astercc server , the API document could be found on [login to view URL] (1.2 API) we need some one help us to provide something like a module in salesforce so we can provide such CTI integration solution, we can provide new API in astercc if you need.
