Customize Zurmo CRM, Custom Module Required

Need someone with experience to customize [login to view URL] open source CRM and develop new modules. I am looking for a replication of Contacts Module, this new custom module would have same features as Contacts, such as affiliation with accounts. More over it would by default also be placed right under portlet of Contacts. The portlet would typically have multiple input fields along with an option to add more fields if required, like a plus sign.
