Online Game and FB App: Matchstick puzzle

I would like to develop an online Matchstick puzzle game. Below features are required: - Attractive user interface: appealing to wide age range - Admin can define new levels in the game. - Player can invite their friends to join the game. - Friends can make a play group and compete on the same puzzle or puzzles - Facebook & Google log-in. - The game is playable on our website as well as on facebook (facebook game) - Players receive scores and can share their scores on their social network (facebook, Google+) - The facebook app sends notification to friends of the player. - Scores are calculated based on time, moves, etc. - Players can compare their score with others who have played this game so far - Programmer should provide all source codes. - Programming language: to be defined in the discussions
