I'm looking for a creative and highly organised individual who can handle my day-to-day admin tasks for my UK cleaning business. This consists of managing customer enquiries and keeping up with social media postings and scheduling. Key Tasks: * Respond to daily customer enquiries received via email, our website and direct social media messaging. * Update and schedule daily posts and stories on our Facebook and Instagram Ideal Skills & Experience: * Excellent communication skills, particularly written, to handle email and social media interactions * Familiarity and experience with Facebook and Instagram for business * Previous experience in a similar role, specifically in customer service or social media management is highly appreciated * Ability to work independently and take initiative in responding to customer enquiries * Comfortable with working on a UK schedule * A keen eye for detail and high levels of organisation Your responsibility and dedication to your work will be keeping our customers happy and our social media lively, all while maintaining our professional standards, our company ethos and voice.
