We are management company that is looking for an expert Python Developer that will be using existing python code to develop a specialized software that will do the following -Image Post Processing Software to automate counting of objects. Results must be exported to csv format or MySql. This project will be broken into phases, that upon agreement to terms, deadlines and budgets will be discussed. Programmer must have the following: -Expertise/Certifications in Python. -References of People to contact and Sample Code to verify. -Able to meet set time deadlines. -Speak and write effectively in English. -Give updates and answer questions weekly via phone and Skype. -Willing to work remotely into a hosted windows computer. -Available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Central Standard Timezone with Daylight Savings Time) with documented response times. -Software must be well documented.
