Participators can share information, which includes information about water, electricity, gas, Internet, progress of house construction and market information (e.g. Price of residence and constructing raw material), among the team. Permission Control is provided with in the application. Administrator can decide share what information with whom. Progress Comparison is also a feature of the application. It compares the actual progress with planned progress, to give you a better sense about the progress of the project. Participators work on the same platform. Each participator have different workspace. Information differ according to the role. For example, when architects done designed housing structure, required information automatically displays at the workstation of contractor. Additionally, prices of raw materials are displayed. Contractor can calculate construction cost and date. A progress report will be generated, with actual and planned construction cost and date compared. Contractor can report progress using this report. And if progress is behind the schedule, a notice will be sent. The web application will be optimized for desktops, tablets and smartphones. The web application will be wrote in Java, Javascript, HTML, and mySQL.
