Modify an existing CRM script and add a few extra functions.

We want to modify our existing CRM script that we already have and will use for our own company. The script itself is already working very well, lots of features and a beautiful design. Script: [login to view URL] Knowledgebase: [login to view URL] Demo: [login to view URL] To login as Admin: Username: admin Password: admin To login as Staff: Username: gitbench Password: gitbench To login as Client: Username: client Password: client We want the following changes to this script: -------------------------------------------------------- #Home On the home we have 3 tabs: recent projects, recent bugs, upcoming invoices -> move upcoming invoices to the right in a seperate box like “recently paid invoices” The 3 tabs should be moved/removed to make some are for 3 new items that will be shown in this box: -Tasks -Calls -Calendar Tasks and calls are simply reminders with the following fields: (screenshots and examples of this are provided in this project description, meetings = google calendar and need to be able to make new calendar items from the dashboard) -date -time -priority -category (only tasks) -note -client -option to complete the task The calendar is already provided in the script and is connected with the Google Calendar API. (Don’t use the calendar view here, just a list of the upcoming events.) #Calendar - Ability to see the calendar of other users (with a dropdown in the calendar page so the admin can select his own calendar or the calendar of another user) #Clients - Mails: there must be a contact form on the client pages so we can e-mail them directly. - Ability to import them from xls, xlsx or csv files. - Ability to export all clients to xls or csv file. - In the file of a client (the company, not a person) you can add contacts you know within that company but a field should be added to mention the function of this contact. - An extra field should be added in the clients overview + in the contacts where we can put notes. #Administration Products/services (extra sub-menu item under administration) - Adding products and services: now when we create an invoice we get suggestions of previously entered products/services #Invoices (sub-item of administration) - Overview of subscriptions (filter on month, year, week, agents, subagents) - Export available (cvs, xlsx, xls, pdf) - Optionally: translate the invoice or change the invoice template #Addling leads (extra sub-menu item under administration) - possible leads (contact information ) to follow up: when to call, e-mail, tracking of e-mails/actions, include notes. #Statistics - Overview and statistics (a part is already provided on home but only about sales, not about costs) - Here should be an option that the admin can manually add monthly costs (fixed costs such as internet, car costs,.. & invoices from suppliers, etc.) so that it is possible to get an overview between income & costs every week, month, year. #Settings - must add the ability to send an overview by mail every day, week, month, or not for sales and costs in this period - ability to receive a copy by e-mail from everything that is being sent from the script such as e-mails, invoices, … so that we have a copy in a separate mailbox of everything that is being sent from the script. - email signature for outgoing e-mails (like for example the contact form on the clients page) #Billing settings - add a financial year (for example: 1/01/2015 till 21/12/2015) so that the admin can get all the financial information for that year in an overview xls, pdf or cvs - automatic reminders by e-mail if invoice is overdue Please provide us with your proposal and previous related work, if we are interested to work with you we will contact you shortly.
