Among the basic functionality is that it facilitates the below 1. Publishing or articles/stories, 2. Facilitates advertisements including but not restricted to classifieds display banner video, etc. 3. Payments for ads via a points system, online and offline payment, payment for ads based on duration, background colour, headline text, featured placement, etc. 4. Advertisers should have the option to top Up their account with points similar to a cell phone top Up via a prepaid card number. 5. It should allow users to place entries in the Event calendar (with the option to charge their account or free of cost). The event calendar should allow the public the option to add an event of interest to their mobile calendar as well as receive alerts/ reminders as the event date approaches. 6. There should also be the option for users to distribute/sell tickets for their events via the platform as well as place any special ads for additional prommotionof their event ( e.g. upload a flyer, be listed as a featured event, link to a YouTube video, etc..at a cost) 7. Users will be school managers who should also have the option to take a bulk of advertising credits and distribute this to their parent/student population (similar to phone credit). Parents in turn can use these credits to place ads or transfer to friends/co-workers. 8. Notification of various types of events or ads (e.g.. real estate notifications when a new ad is posted, etc) would also be a requirement. 9. Should also be responsive. I'll need to know the below: 1. Developement time frame and cost for each item. 2. Be sure to think of agile developement where each part can stand on its own and cost can be broken up for each phase.
