I need to Outsource development of an Online Search section.
I suggested to client that a database would be best vs. html. The price I can quote will decide it. He currently has an Excel file of a table with about 5 fields with approx. 3000 items.
Requirements (using php/MySQL) :
Backend: -
1. Set up of database and Admin. interface to manage database, i.e. add/edit/delete records
Front end:-
1. Search database by fields, or keyword. Examples:
a) <[login to view URL]>
b) <[login to view URL]>
c) <[login to view URL]>
d) Click "Components capabilities"(on right): <[login to view URL]>
2. Numbered pages populated with data from database allowing view by page. Similar examples:
a) <[login to view URL]>
b) <[login to view URL]>
c) Click "Components capabilities" link on: <[login to view URL]>
3. Set up the Admin interace on a URL (login/password) where Admin enters to manage the database.
As this is an outsourced job, I need to have room for some mark-up (I will be doing rest of site), & so I request you take that into pricing consideration.
Thanks
Michelle

Thank you for submitting your bid.
It was very difficult to decide, since so many coders responded who had both reasonable pricing as well as good ratings or history. However, we have come to a decision.
We will have future projects posted so hope to some of your bids again, and possibly we will work with you in the future.
Thank you for your time in responding.
