Flash Animation (graphics/art required), HTM site and Shopping page using Paypal as processor

Outsourcing for site re-design with a Flash intro, approx. 10-15 html pages and a store page/section with of 10-15 items for sale, likely using Paypal or Google checkout for processing payment. An adventure tour website. Bidder should be fluent in English and readily available for contact. Flash intro will not use photos but very simple, cartoon-type animation is fine. I will attach description of details. The flash intro will lead to the html site. The html site will have pages such as About us, tours, photo album, testimonials, reservations form, policies, contact etc.) Should be compliant with the acceptable standards and be search engine friendly. Design should be bright, bold, fun and within an eco-tourism theme. Please be sure to include either samples of work or portfolio link.
