The project is to develop a bulk SMS Gateway & Portal for managing Bulk SMS Connection through both incoming HTTP and SMPP provided by a service providers API's. The portal is to be written in PHP with a MVC framework. The project has 3 sections: 1) Admin 2) User 3) Reseller. 1) Admin web based GUI must be built to administer user accounts, editing profiles, selecting routes, runing reports, sending sms's, maintaining short and keywords, offer packages and payments. 2) User web based GUI must be built for standard send sms functionality (creating group, address book, saving draft sms, remove duplicate, outbox history, scheduled delivery), send bulk and single sms's, reporting function, import and export details. Reports of hourly/daily/monthly transactions 3) Reseller web based GUI portal has the same functionality as the Admin GUI. Must be built to administer level that allows them to manage their user accounts, editing profiles, selecting routes, runing reports, sending sms's, maintaining short and keywords, offer packages and payments. Requirements: Please bid ONLY if you have experience with SMS portals and gateways. Do not BID if you do not have knowledge in SMS applications. Provide us with a sample Web GUI of similar projects would give you an advantage in awarding the project.
