JOMRES CUSTOMISATION - repost 2

We require some customisation done to our Jomres component. We are currently developing to online accommodation website where users can search for accommodation and view other available listings as well. We purchased the Jomres component as it offered us most of the functionality that we required. However, we require some customisation to be done in order to have a fully functional site according to our scope. CUSTOMISATION: 1) need to add a dropdown on the property registration page for towns, onces a region is selected 2) need suburb to be added to the 2nd page of the property registration 3) need province, town and suburb menu items with count 4) ajax search on home page 5) banner and descriptions for provinces and towns 6) event listings 7) tabs for the different property types (accommodation | shopping | restaurants | things to do) 8) update ajax search for the region and town selected This project is urgent and requires attention. Please bid ONLY if you have experience with Jomres. Do not BID if you do not have knowledge in Joomla Jomres component application. Provide us with a sample Web GUI of similar projects would give you an advantage in awarding the project.
