382365 Gallery / Image Hosting Script

I am a front-end web designer and need someone skilled in PHP to write a back-end PHP script for an adult image hosting / gallery site I am designing ([login to view URL]) This should be a fairly quick and easy scripting job for someone experienced in PHP. I have already completed all of the HTML / CSS. This job should NOT require a database, admin CP, or user CP.... just an index gallery, "viewer page", and directory where the images are stored. There is just a simple upload form that allows anyone to upload an image. When someone uploads an image, I need the script to rename the image, create a thumbnail (140x140), and resize the larger image to a max of 960px. After someone uploads an image or clicks an image in the gallery on the index page, they should be brought to a "viewer" page where the larger photo is displayed as well as a hit counter and permalink. I would also IDEALLY like for people to be able to "tag" photos and have "Popular tags" displayed on the index page. The main index gallery should be sortable by most recent pics (default), popularity, or by clicking a specific tag (I believe this can be done with an array and not a DB. Let me know if I am wrong...). Should I wish to remove an image, I would like to just be able to delete the image from the directory where it is stored via FTP.
