Article Submission Web Based Software

This is a simple piece of software development for a programmer who knows what he is doing. I need a web based software program which will submit Articles to several specific directories on a schedule. This means: It will submit one article to a particular directory on one day and then submit another article to a different directory on another day and then submit 3 articles to another directory on yet another day and so on... The number of articles and the frequency of submission will be regulated by the software settings. I suspect that cron will have to be used. This software will have to know the exact details of each of the directories because it will have to log-in to each of these directories (as per the schedule) with the user’s details and then submit the article(s). First the user will need to create a project within the software. Once the project is created, he will have to enter his username and password (and any other relevant details) for each of the article directories. Then he will have to enter a bunch of articles and bio boxes into the software via import or typing it in. The software will list all the articles by Title and the Bios (by name). Once all the articles and the bio boxes are listed, each article will have to have a bio box associated with it at the time of submission. The next thing to set is the schedule. The user will have to input the details of which article to submit to which directory and when. So by using drop down boxes or a calender or a daily event etc... he can say... Article 1 - submit to [login to view URL] - 1st April 2008 Article 2 - Submit to [login to view URL] - next day from previous Article 3 and 4 - Submit to [login to view URL] - 2 days after previous Article 5, 6 and 7 - Submit to [login to view URL] - on 10th of April Article 1 and 2 - Submit to [login to view URL] - next day from previous and so on.... Problem and fault fixing of the code needed after completion. More details in attached file. I need this done asap. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
