Need payment button made (php script modified)

I have signed up with a company called protx who are a payment processing company. I need to use their code to take payments online. They have provided me with a sample of some code which can be implemented on my site to take payment for any product I am selling. However, they cannot help me customize that code for my site/products. The example code they have given me allows the customer to pick as many products from a cart and then proceed to checkout. I only sell one product on one website so I need someone to modify the code and make it suitable for me to sell one product. Take out the cart and only leave one payment button "Buy Now". Secondly, the code makes the customer move from one page to the next in the order process like a shopping cart. I simply need to make the first 3 pages in one so it cuts down the steps for the customer. I need this done asap. This shouldn't take more than an hour. The script is attached. I have uploaded the code as it stands to my site. Send me a message if you think you can do this quickly and easily.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
