need a php programmer and designer

Hello, I am looking for someone with a great knowledge of PHP, ASP, Mysql and Flash knowledge. I need someone with a great rate and is available and does the job right. I have alot of projects in mind just dont have the right person to give the jobs too. I would the canditate to have a very good designing portfolio with flash if possible and excellent knowledges of the webs languages. Please post portfolios and desired $/hr. We can maybe work on something as a monthly salary.
