Php programmer.

This is a job for a php programmer great for someone that is just building their portfolio. The salary will be 200 US every month. I need the programmer to be on time. I prefer working with someone solo as the price would be more suited for that person. The person should be able to design well and do SEO. Designing is not the utmost of importance but I will choose someone with a better design portfolio than someone else that doesnt. Person needs to be on MSN and be easy to reach. The work should be alot for the first month but after that its just some very minor upgrading and adjusting a few things every few days. Please post in pm your portfolio if you have any.
