You will be self-employed, and work from home. You will receive full training and support from established leaders within the company to enable you to grow your own business. The support has been recognised by the Investor in People accreditation at Gold Champion Level. Your role: • With the help of a business mentor you will develop and maintain a regular customer base of 20 regular clients. • You will be trained to coach and support other small to medium sized business owners so that you can progress through the reward structure. • Assist their development enabling them to become successful and independent and in turn become business mentors themselves. As a retailer of the product range, you can expect to earn between £150 to £300 OTE as additional income. As a team leader, you will expect OTE of between £500 and £2000 per month working part-time, and up to £4,000 per month working full time with uncapped potential earnings.
