Raspberry Pi 3g/LTE modem configuration to work on RaPi

I need someone to figure out how to make the USB 3G Modem work with my raspberry pi. Then you can show me how you did it. I tried so many things, and I have given up. I think maybe someone with experience can figure it out. The USB works on Ubuntu via graphical interface perfectly. I would like to get that to work on command line interface as well. I can give you remote access into the device to test.
