Project Manager 2

Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects in a timely manner and seeing them through to completion. Needs to be organized, highly motivated and have leadership skills. An implementer who can take an idea and see it through from start to finish. Goal oriented and creative thinking skills are a must. Responsibilities Include – Manage project from initiation to closure Be accountable for project results Recruit and manage additional team members where needed Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed Find partners to contribute information to the system (if applicable) Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution Job Requirements – Project management experience in hair & Beauty Industry Demonstrated leadership managing people Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Strategic, operational and technical marketing and management skills Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills Experience using website content management systems, analytics solutions, and customer resource management system Experience in ecommerce project implementation and management If you feel you meet the qualifications for this position, please respond with your cover letter AND resume.
