Power Point Presentation give professional look n feel

I want someone with good experience in Microsoft Power point Presentation formatting to be nice professional look n feel to an existing ppt. 60-70% of the content is already collected. The person need to do the following: 1. Properly format the ppt so that it looks professional 2. Arial Font need to be used 3. one or more picture need to be modified 4. theme should be on different shades of blue 5. research and add additional content as required. 6.
