Custom work on my Social Engine 4 website.

I am looking for someone to help with doing some custom design as well as touch up work on my website which is built on the Social Engine 4 platform. I am looking for help with: 1. Touchup my welcome page. Shows up in firefox browser, but some of the graphics does not show in IE. 2. Create static pages for the marketplace which will currently feature 3 services. Mobile Apps, Magazine Creation, website design. 3. Create links from the new static product information page, to the Wazala widget add on thats currently on the site. This is the first set of work that I need done. There will be a few more addons that I will need afterwards.
