Hello there, I reviewed the spreadsheet template you shared and also the requirements description. I would propose that we create a template that will have the data entry sheet with some field level validations like say for country to be selected from a list. In addition to that, there would be a validation feature that will allow the person to validate the list before they 'Submit' it. Now, once it is submitted (it will reside in a new sheet that will be accessible only to the uploader and will have the meta information as well like Country ID). The uploader will be able to validate it again and also generate a Salesforce compliant format. All this will be done on a few button clicks and the users would find it very easy to work with this template. Per the description the leads needs from multiple sources needs to be validated before getting uploaded into Salesforce CRM. Being offline this can be provided by giving a template to the team, which will restrict the invalid values like countryid being entered into the Excel.
