We need skilled Freelancer customer service agent answering Tickets (emails), Facebook messages and Live Chat messages from our shopping website in Portuguese and English, Customer This job requires 5 days a week, 4 hours a day, followed by a shift arrangement. This is a long term position Skills 1. Proficient Portuguese Speaker (native level) 2. Fluent English 3. Good communication skills, especially in written format 4.
