Need To Set Up My Wordpress Blog For Monthly Photo Contest & Stories

I'm running a monthly contest on my blog. I need to have it set up so that visitors can upload their photo as well as their story. I could use some help deciding on the best way to do this. I currently have a form set up for them to upload their story, however, I'm not sure things are working correctly or as easily as they should. Need someone with a little experience that can make this work with ease. I would also like others who visit the blog to be able to see previous stories and photos from the contest. Hope this makes sense.
