set up a mail chimp account & switch my subscriber list from icontact to mail chimp

I'm looking for someone to set up an account for me on mail chimp. I then need my existing subscribers switched over from my existing iContact acct. to the new mail chimp account that you set up. I want you to make sure everything is set up properly and working. Do a test using my name and email or your own.
