You should consider hiring me for this position for my proven skills, expertise, and experiences that I’ve gained throughout my 7 years of BPO (for AT&T – a telecommunications company in the US) career focusing on Customer Service and Sales. I humbly started as an agent last 2014 until 2017, got promoted to an SME/support from 2017 until 2019, and climbed up the ladder to being a Supervisor/Team Manager from November 2019 until June 2022.
Having said that I have experience in each of those positions, and I am proud to let you know that I am an all-around employee that can handle tasks and work under pressure, I am also attentive to details and easy to work with. I am also a competitive person in a good way, making sure that I hit quotas or targets and excel in the job I am assigned to.
I know that I do not have experience in Appointment Setting, Telemarketing and Cold Calling, or even Virtual Assistance and I may not be exposed to another line of business that could be of an advantage aside from my BPO career in telecommunications from my previous job, but my skills and experience will help me excel in this position as well since I am very trainable, receptive to feedback and goal-oriented.
