I have also an email support experience on one of the businesses here in Upwork wherein I answer product-related emails, complaint emails, refund emails, etc. On this business, we use Zendesk to manage emails/tickets and Shopify to track the orders. Also, we encountered thousands of emails on this business and we answered it fast but with quality response on a regular manner. We also support the comments and messages in Facebook. We used Agora to easily track them.
