We're an energetic and ever-growing e-shop on the hunt for a customer service queen to manage our customer service- emails, phone support and live chat. You need to be as energetic (at least!) as us and very committed (we're like a family) We are looking for organized people, with a work ethic, administrative skills, fast with computer and great with people. You should be patient and friendly with our customers over the phone and at the same time be able to manage those tough angry customers without being intimidated. This is a long term job. Mon-Fri- 7 hours a day- emails, phone support, live chat Sat-Sun- 2 hours a day- emails only $1500-$1800 a month. We prefer new yorkers.

Sept. 25, 2014 Hello, my name is Angelica Rivera. Over the last 10 years I have been a customer care phone representative for companies such as Wal-Mart and Home Depot.. Until recently I worked in the field visiting businesses, performing verification interviews, (of their business practices and policies) and inspections. Now I prefer to work from home performing customer care via phone, email, and chat.. This month I worked for an Odesk client with his online electronics business, by answering phones and chat lines. My l office is equipped with high speed internet, fax, copier and scanner, business phone and headset. I am finishing an intensive customer service class guaranteed to increase my professional customer service and commerce skills. I am starting a part time Odesk project this week wherein I am the intermediary between a clients' s business software issues and our tech team. I will attempt to troubleshoot the glitches before creating a support ticket with IT. You will notice that within 15 minutes, I scored in the top 30% in the customer service and English skills tests.
