University Band and Choir Recruitment System

1. Form Builder: You would like to have a customizable form builder that can collect data securely.
 2. SMS Capabilities: You want to use Twilio for SMS capabilities, and would like the system to send a text confirmation whenever a student fills out the form. Also, reminders about auditions and upcoming events if they are tagged as a current student.
 3. Email Campaigns: You would like the system to send out its own emails for email campaigns.
 4. Website Builder: You want to have a website builder with one template, with the ability to change the fonts and colors, and to follow UX design principles.
 5. Scheduler: Students should be able to schedule their own auditions, and this should be built into the system, while remaining economical for the user.
 6. Dashboard: You want to have a dashboard with metrics chosen by the client, which should include a Kansan board for student journey, and the number of recruits for the semester, broken down by voice/instrument/talent, a city/state heat map to show where the recruits are coming from, new submissions, unanswered submissions, and the status numbers: Prospect, Audition scheduled, Scholarship awarded, committed.
 7. Audition Video and PDF Music Upload Capabilities: You want the system to have audition video upload capabilities and PDF music uploads for required audition pieces.
 8. Kanban Board: The Kanban board should be customizable with swim lanes.
 9. Attendance: Each student should get a QR code for attendance, and with the instrument, inform and music library, each piece will have a SKU or a QR code as well for inventory tracking.

A checkout system that allows band members to check out the uniform the day before every performance. This system should require the student to enter their ID or some other identifier to ensure that the right uniform is being checked out. A checklist that the band member must check off in the system before they can check out the uniform. This checklist should include all the pieces of the uniform, including the jacket, trousers, hat, plume, citation cords, cape, and garment bag. Verification by the uniform staff that the band member has checked off all items on the checklist before the uniform is allowed to be checked out. A check-in system that allows band members to return the uniform after the performance. The check-in system should require the student to enter their ID or some other identifier to ensure that the right uniform is being checked in. A reminder system that sends an email to the student if the uniform is not returned on time. This reminder system should be triggered if the uniform is not returned by the end of the day. A system to track missing uniform pieces. If a uniform piece is not returned, the student should be required to cover the cost of the missing piece.
