I need a short consultation

I need a short consultation about exporting cad drawings as jpgs. I am working with a factory in China which uses BUYI techonolgy Cad program. I need the patterns to be sent to me at the actual physical size at 150 dpi. They say the largest file they can send me is around 30 x 30 cm at 96 dpi. I need to know if it is possible to get full size files and then need instructions to give to them. It can be any file format that will open in photoshop.
